1.Very restrictive diets
Even emergency diets or diets that restrict large food groups are not a good idea. If you limit your food intake, your weight will be reduced, but so will your devotion. It is simply not sustainable, and after a short period, you will lose your motivation, stop and recover it, all because it puts too much stress on your body and doesn’t feed you properly, so you will start wishing for all the wrong things to recover your energy.
